3 Flower Essences – Taking that Leap of Faith
Shifting our mindset and focus in our life, especially around what we are afraid of can be tricky at times. Fears can be a bitch and stepping out into the unknown can bring about strong bouts of anxiety and self-doubt.
If you are full of ” Yeah buts”, excuses and just not motivated to step forward. Know that you are not alone. We are always having to rearrange and shift towards what we want and sometimes this can be tricky. Flower Essences can awaken our inner discipline. Creating a new perspective with what’s needed.
Flower Essences have always been my go to. They help me to integrate new learning and replace any trepidation I have. They awaken my inner confidence and a positive mind set so I can expand, grow and prosper.
Keep reading, this could be the information you’ve been looking for.
Below are my 3 go to’s to help ignite confidence and move you past fear and that nervous inner critic.
Awakening Your Inner Hero
1. Brown Boronia – When starting something new or take that next leap of faith in life, and or business. Tackling that long held dream can feel tricky at times.
Brown Boronia help to settle the mind and let go of the constant mind chatter.
This is an awesome Flower Essence if you need to keep that monkey mind at bay. Bringing a sense of inner peace with all that you do.
2. Ribbon Pea – Truly one of my favourites. This little beauty helps to relieve a sense of fear. It’s the go to for sure. This is also awesome if you have kids who suffer from night terrors, afraid of the dark or can’t settle. Same to for adults. It helps us to rise above the fear and allow us to let of any sense of dread. It awakens feelings of inner safety.
3. WA Smokebush – This essence helps to align mind and body. This is the reconnection or the connection essence. It helps us to merge our action with our intentions. Helping us to focus in only on what we want and need and not that ghastly “what if” outcome.
How Can I Use Them?
Flower Essences are a natural form of healing. They use the healing vibration of Flowers to help us move past our conscious or unconscious fears, self defeating beliefs and mindset.
They are very subtle in the way they work.
Taken orally or on certain parts of the body, they awaken the body’s own healing wisdom. Settling the mind so you can live, work and play in an empowered way.
They are very gentle to the body and can help us gain a new perspective in what we want to achieve for ourselves.
